In a series of poems, FLOWER BOI operates as a coming of age tale centering a Black Queer and Trans experience in Detroit. In celebration of its release, I collaborated with author MARS Marshall on this Bonfire campaign to sow into the community in which the chapbook took root by donating all proceeds to the Ruth Ellis Center.
We created clean designs based on the chapbook title. We also ordered stickers of the designs that could be given away and poetry readings and conventions.
